This system relies on a computer program which centralises information and records each intervention on the equipment.  This system is updated each month by the mechanics throughout the network and automatically produces an annual record for each item.  The program also issues a schedule per station which issues an alert when the equipment must undergo a complete overhaul.

Each machine has a file which is constantly updated and includes:

• Control sheet and details of major checks
• Monthly checks carried out
• Random interventions linked to exploitation problems, accident, damage, breakdown
